An SAP SuccessFactors onboarding certification is designed to test the knowledge of an individual in the SAP SuccessFactors modules and it is for SAP SuccessFactors HR professionals and consultants.
The onboarding certification consists of two levels.
Level 1: This level is designed for new HR professionals who are straight from college and need to learn the basics of HR administration in a company.

Eligibility Criteria
To get an SAP SuccessFactors onboarding certification, you must meet some eligibility criteria. You should be a Human Resources professional with at least 3 years of experience in this field.
