This, thus, requires excellent communication skills on your part as you need to provide them with information in a simple way so that everyone understands it well enough. What is more, you also need to make sure that each employee understands everything about the company policies and procedures before he starts working for your company.
As you can see, there are plenty of things involved in this job. And it is up to you to make sure that everything goes well throughout the entire process from start till end.
